The suite we stayed in was beautiful and fun for the whole family, with plush mattresses and luxurious linens adding a touch of luxury. the kids especially enjoyed the Waterpark area, though the pool opening at 9 am was a bit late for early risers like us. the breakfast spread was decent, with scrambled eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes offered. the new Maple Street Cafe's classic Americana cuisine was a highlight, serving up delicious meals in a contemporary atmosphere. The staff, overall, were accommodating, but there were some lapses in service. the front desk forgot to provide pool wristbands and didn't communicate about pool towels. One staff member's unhelpful attitude towards a late check-out request left a sour note in an otherwise pleasant stay. The hotel's recreational facilities, including the indoor water park and outdoor pool, were a hit with the family. the property's cleanliness, nice staff, and convenient location added to the overall positive experience. However, some attention to detail and guest communication improvements would elevate the guest experience at Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel.
